DECONSTRUCTED SALAD BURGERS

Serves 4

4 Good Grocer beef patties
NZ sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Olive oil
1 mini cos lettuce, leaves separated
2-3 truss tomatoes, thickly sliced
1/2 telegraph cucumber, sliced
2-3 radishes, thinly sliced
Good Grocer dip, of your choice
Micro salad, to garnish
HG Sauce or Tomato Ketchup

1. Season beef patties with salt and pepper. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add a little oil then add the burger patties and cook as you would steak, for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. 

2. Meanwhile, arrange lettuce on serving plates, top with some slices of tomato, cucumber and radish. Dress with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 

3. Place beef patties on top of salads. Top meat with a good dollop of Good Grocer dip of choice – try Broccoli and Blue Cheese or Aioli – and garnish with micro salad. Serve HG Sauce or Tomato Ketchup on the side.
