- 4 Amano Bakery brioche buns
- 4 Good Grocer Wagyu patties
- 4 slices Maasdam cheese
- 100g Good Grocer aioli
- 15g dijon mustard
- Good Grocer bread and butter pickles
Prepare dijon aioli by mixing aoili with dijon. Scale up or down with the same ratio if need be.
Season Wagyu patties with salt. For medium-rare, cook on a medium-high heat in a lightly oiled pan for 2 minutes each side. Or on the barby of course! When flipped add cheese slices for remaining 2 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to rest for 5 minutes under foil. For medium-well done cook for 3 minutes each side.
While resting, cut buns in half and lightly grill in the same pan to soak up rendered fat from patties.
Smear aioli on the bottom half of the bun, place pattie on aioli, pile pickles on pattie, enjoy.
