6 Good Grocer Cannelloni
1 cup Good Grocer Tomato Passata
1 Burrata (Mozzarella ball), drained
3 tbsp Italian parsley leaves, roughly chopped
1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Arrange the cannelloni, side by side, in a deep-sided, large baking dish leaving a little space between each one.
2. Spoon over the tomato passata to evenly cover the cannelloni. Thickly slice the Burrata and lay the slices down the middle of the row of cannelloni.
3. Bake, uncovered, for 30–35 minutes, or until bubbling hot and golden brown. Scatter with parsley and serve immediately.
