MEATBALLS WITH TOMATO PASSATA SAUCE
500ml bottle Good Grocer tomato passata
8-10 Good Grocer meatballs
70gm Maasdam or Gruyere cheese, coarsely grated
2 tbsp fresh oregano or thyme leaves, coarsely chopped
1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Arrange the meatballs in a deep-sided, large baking dish leaving a little space between each one.
2. Pour over the tomato passata sauce to evenly cover meatballs and fill the dish. Scatter with cheese.
3. Place in the oven to bake, uncovered, for 25 - 30 minutes or until meatballs are just cooked through. Garnish with herbs and serve immediately.
