1 Kg Approx Good Grocer Pork Rissoles
Parsley (for garnish)
Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
2 White Onions
1 teaspoon NZ crushed Garlic
NZ Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 Litres Good Grocer Passatta Sauce
2 cups water
2 Packets of your choice of Good Grocer Pasta
¼ cup Red Wine
1 Tablespoon Sugar
Good Grocer Parmesan Cheese – plus more for garnish
Pre Heat oven to 180 Degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper and drizzle with olive oil. Place rissoles on tray and bake for 15 minutes.
Fill a large pot with water, add oil, season water with salt and bring to the boil. Once boiling add 2 packets of Good Grocer Pasta and cook until pasta is ready approx 4-5 mins. Pass through a colander and keep cooked pasta aside.
In a pot, add diced white onions, 1 teaspoon crushed garlic, minced herbs (tyme, rosemary, oregano), add Red wine, Add Passatta Sauce, add water, add rissoles, add seasoning (salt & pepper) and simmer for 10 – 12 minutes on low heat. Stir in grated parmesan.
On a plate place cooked pasta, add Pork rissoles with sauce. Garnish with parmesan and chopped parsley.
