Pork & beef rissoles
Good Grocer capsicum relish
Sea salt & freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp chopped fresh italian parsley
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Sear rissoles on all sides until browned. Add Good Grocer capsicum relish to the pan. Cook on medium-low heat until the rissoles are cooked through (add a little bit of water if sauce is too thick). Season with sea salt and pepper. Garnish with italian parsley.
