Good Grocer wagyu eye fillet wrapped in pancetta
3 tbsp chopped fresh italian parsley
Sea salt & freshly ground pepper

Pre-heat oven to 180. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Season wagyu eye fillet with sea salt and pepper. Sear the meat for 2 minutes on each side then place on a tray in the oven until cooked to your liking. Remove meat from the oven and leave to rest.
Cut brussel sprouts in half. Toss in olive oil with sea salt and pepper. Place on a tray into the oven.
Place agria chips on a tray and put into the oven. Roast both for 15-20 minutes.
Serve eye fillet alongside agria chips and brussel sprouts accompanied by the Good Grocer tomato relish. Garnish with italian parsley.
