With the Southern Alps as its backdrop, Colin and Karen's Canterbury farm is the perfect environment to produce pork of the highest standard of quality, tenderness and succulence.
The husband and wife team is committed to animal welfare and they use technology such as tilt-meters, thermometers and PH-meters to regularly monitor their animal's stress levels. Colin and Karen firmly believe that a happy pig produces good pork. Their pigs are free roaming with 24-hour access to high-quality feed and fresh water.
